Meet Your Host
Michelle Joy is a couples’ therapist, coach, and a certified Enneagram Teacher and Trainer. She has specialized in communication and conflict resolution for nearly as long as she has been a student of the Enneagram - almost 25 years.
Long before her career of helping couples, she held positions at various start- ups and corporations, and has since been invited to deliver Enneagram training to many agencies as well as a few Fortune 500 businesses in Silicon Valley, CA, over the last two decades.
Michelle created and hosted the first “Enneagram Summit for the Helping Profession” in May, 2024, with the intention of expanding awareness to the power of the Enneagram for growth and development.
Attendees reached out to her suggesting an Enneagram Summit designed specifically for businesses and teams - so here we are.
